What is EWI?
Executive Women International is a professional organization with Chapters across the United States and Canada. The EWI membership experience is based around our three core tenets: connections, careers, and communities. The value of each to our member firms and representatives is as diverse as our members themselves.
Regardless of your employees’ personal or professional goals, EWI offers a full spectrum of opportunities to build stronger skills, relationships, communities, and businesses.
We welcome all to apply to join us!
Membership is held by professional firms, and each firm appoints an individual in a key administrative or top-ranking role to represent them.

“Executive Women International (EWI) is an organization that is designed to engage and lift women up. For decades it has thrived and created a community for women at every stage of their careers, allowing them to make life-long friends and build professional networks, making San Diego stronger. I have great respect for the women I know who have served on the Board and as volunteers to make this chapter thrive. Congratulations on 70 years of success!” — Carol Wallace, President & CEO, San Diego Theatres.
